Over the last the last school year I have noticed that I always seem to get sick on my breaks from school usually a couple of days after I take my final. So with this week being finals I googled the relationship between the stress of final exams and the effect it has on your health and found an article at
http://scienceline.org/2007/01/ask-anderson-finalscough/ that had taken blood samples from college students before and after exams to measure the immunity level. This test showed that certain immune cells decreased after college exams leaving an individual opened to getting sick.

Occupations are a basic human need.

This is an interesting article that occupations are essential to the human experience and are a basic need effects all areas of are life. This interesting article is a great example of why occupations are important to use and why when we face a debilitating condition or disease it is important to get back to the best of our ability performing occupations that we find important.
