Occupational Therapy in th e classroom....

Many occupational therapist work in school settings. One thing that OT's are asked to address in the school is a child's mental health which entails facilitating ways to increase a child's ability to successfully   perform mental functions. This helps a child be successful with completing tasks and having successful relationships with their teacher's and classmates as well as their ability to handle various types of adversity the all children face.
